Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required to fully complete construction which includes but is not limited to site preparation and construction of the new car wash. The new facility shall be approximately 2,256 square feet, including one automatic car wash bay, three manual car wash bays, four vacuums, and a mechanical room. All demolition and site preparation to construct new facility shall be included. New construction shall consist of site work, cleaning and grubbing, paving and grading, concrete sidewalk, new brick/concrete block facility with standing seam metal roofing system, concrete foundation and floor slab, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems required to construct and fully operate the new car wash. Included is installing all car washing equipment from government designated contractor, Mark VII, Option # 1: Delete installation and procurement of automatic car wash equipment. Option # II: Delete one manual car wash bay including all equipment associated with the bay. Option # 3: Install manual car wash equipment in lieu of automatic car wash equipment in the automatic car wash bay. Option # 4: Landscape area around car wash. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the repairs/work to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 11 Jul 98 with the approximate response date of 11 Aug 98. The cost range for this project is approximately $ $250,000 to $500,000..
