This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is issued so that interested parties may be made aware of potential subcontracting opportunities with the Sapulding & Slye Company. This requirement is under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code number 7349, size standard $12.0 million. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solelywithin the discretion of the Government. This is a notice of intent, no solicitation document exists. Proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
