Install the required HVAC, sprinkler, fire alarm and new electrical systems. Install a men's and women's latrine, all interior walls in accordance with the accompanying specifications and project drawings. Install a 2'x4' grid network suspended ceiling, 2'x4' lay-in energy efficient light fixtures, solid interior doors, hollow core metal exterior doors, metal door jambs, 2'x'2' carpet floor covering, and painting. Some demolition of exterior windows and replacement with 8"x8"x16" block and stucco surface to match the existing is required. Demolition of the old steam lines and installtion of new piping is required. Some demolition of concrete flooring to be replaced with new, is also required. Although the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000, all work is considered to be new work/improvements and subject to a statutory dollar limitation of $500,000.
