The Army requires a contract to Construct Marne Garden at Building 01, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and performing all operations required in order to construct Marne Garden. Work shall be completed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The required work includes, but is not limited to removal and replacement of grass, removal of serveral pine trees, construct concrete walks, speakers platform, masonry foundation for monument, planting beds, landscaping with trees and scrubs, sprinkler system, lighting for rest areas, bench seating, and stands for spectator seating. Water lines to the garden area, and electrical power to teh garden area. The applicable SIC Code is 1542 and the magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
