The Park is approximately 60 miles south of Klamath Falls, Oregon. The work includes installing secondary containment/leak shutoff units beneath the existing gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers (one each); Replacing the leak detection probes in the interstitial spaces of the gasoline and the diesel fuel storage tanks (one each); Running new signal wiring in existing conduit and connecting to the new leak detection monitoring panel; Replacing the leak detection probes in the gasoline and diesel supply line containment sumps; Running new signal wiring in existing conduit and connecting to the new leak detection monitoring panel; Replacing the existing leak detection monitoring panel and connecting to electrical supply and new leak detection probe signal wiring from the containment sumps and the interstitial spaces of the fuel storage tanks; Installing turbine pump leak containment sumps and leak detection probes and wiring on gasoline and diesel fuel storage tanks; Re-securing explosion-proof electrical conduit and wiring to comply with the NEC; The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1799. The magnitude of this proposed procurement is under $25,000. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) is Set-aside for Small Emerging Business concerns in accordance with Public Law 100-656. The successful contractor will be awarded a purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFQ will be available July 15, 1998.
