(SEI),201 Evans Lane, St. Louis, MO 63121-1126 for interim repairable spares assemblies and repair parts used on the High Power Device Test Subsystem (HPDTS). SEI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of HPDTS and is the only known firm with the experience, knowledge, and technical expertise to fulfill this requirement. See Note 22.
