All items must be delivered to ONI-Warehouse 9300 East Hampton Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743, FOB Destination. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses of FAR Part 12.3. All responsible sources may submit offers which ONI shall consider.
