This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitaion number is RFQ 1200-98-015, and is issued as a request for quotesl (RFQ). The statement of work is as follows: "Design, develop,deliver, and install a virtual time traveler device and interpretive content for the Camarasaurus "hump" on the Quarry wall at Dinosaur National Monument, Utah. The virtual time traveler content should highlight/outline the Camarasaurus bones on the quarry wall, assemnle an articulated skeleton from these bones (adding bone representation for the missing fossil bones). Represent internal organs within the skeleton, overlay muscles and skin, animate the Camarasaurus, and allow the dinosaur to interact with a virtual environment. Other segments of the interpretive content should provide the history of the Dinosaur National Monument Quarry and the formation of the fossil bed itself. The length of the program should be 6 to 8 minutes." Quotes should include the price, a brief description of how the project will be accomplished, and past performance information.
