DuHart (309) 782-8517 (Site Code DAAA09) The Installation Contracting Division, HQ, IOC, is soliciting proposals from companies to provide all labor, materials, testing equipment, tools, and replacement parts to perform normal operations, routine preventive maintenance, routine repairs, emergency repairs, and off-season maintenance to approximately 30 boilers located throughout the Blue Grass Army Depot installation. The installation is located in Madison County, Kentucky approximately five miles south of Richmond, Kentucky and is comprise of approximately 14,500 acres. The proposed solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for a Base Year and four (4), one-year options. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7699 and the small business standard size is $5 million dollars. The solicitation will be released on or about July 16, 1998. A site visit is planned for the third or fourth week in July 1998. Exact date and time will be announced at a later date. A limit of no more than two (2) persons per company will be requested. All potential offerers are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit.
