The contractor will be required to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate effective performance of elevator maintenance requirements. The term of the contract will be a three (3) year base with two (2) -- three (3) year option periods. The contract is anticipated to begin 10/01/98.
