The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes to procure on-site preventative and remedial maintenance, to include provisioning of repair parts, for environmental equipment located at FEMA's Mt. Weather Emergency Assistance Center (MWEAC), 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Rd., Bluemont, VA 20135 (Loudoun County). The equipment consists of: 2 EA Government owned York Chillers, Mdl # TM45ON46B, Serial #'s 557 and 592 and 1 EA Government owned McQuay Templifier Heat Recovery Chiller, Mdl # TEH079, Serial #5WBO102200, S.O. #976486-010. Equipment to be maintained according to the original manufacturer's maintenance schedules/specifications. Period of performance shall be for the base contract period of 12 months from date of award plus 4 option years. Issuance of solicitation and the award of the contract for the base contract period are subject to the availability of FY 99 funds. Award of option years will be conditioned upon availability of FY funds for that particular option year. The successful Contractor must possess a current Top Secret Facility Clearance in order to perform the maintenance.
