Q -- MEDICAL SERVICES SOL RFQ 618-143-98 DUE 073198 POC Janice Severs 612-725-2186 The Minneapolis VAMC intends to negotiate a contract for Radiology Services with St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI. Radiology Services are required in support of the VA staffed clinic (Community Based Outpatient Clinic) that will be located on the campus of St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls and operated by the VAMCs that are located in Minneapolis, MN and Tomah, WI. the types of Radiology Services to be purchased include general x-rays such as chest films and other non-invasive radiology procedures where immediate results are required by the physician for diagnosis and treatment of illness. The contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, space and personnel including the services of a Board Certified Radiologist to supervise the performance of radiology exams and interpret the films. Additional needs for Radiology Services will be met through referrals to the Minneapolis or Tomah VAMCs. The contract will be for a one year period beginning approximately August 17, 1998 with two renewal options. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing in writing, the information which substantiates the offerors ability to provide the required services. All responses must be received within 30 days of the publication of this notice. Any responses will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration.
