TOOLS INDUSTRY FORUM The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Service (FSS), Tools and Appliances Center (TAC) will be hosting a Tools Industry Forum to be held August 4, 1998, at the Westin Crown Center Hotel, One Pershing Road, Kansas City, Missouri. The Forum will highlight planned changes within the center and to discuss realignment of workload within the Federal Supply Service and their impact on the way we do business.
