T -- COST PER COPY, COPIER MAINTENANCE SOL DAHA03-98-R-0004 DUE 080898 POC Contract Specialist Timothy Pighee (501) 212-4401 (Site Code DAHA03) The Arkansas National Guard requires a Cost-Per-Copy Copier Service for a period of 36 months (starting 1 Oct 98 and ending 30 Sep 2001). This contract will require a vendor to supply approximately 170 copiers to National Guard facilities across the state of Arkansas under one contract as well as maintenance for this period. Approximate copier requirements are as follows: Volume Band 1 copiers: 12 cpm letter size and 1000 copies per month w/one paper tray capable of holding at least 250 sheets and SADF; Volume Band 2 copiers: 20 cpm letter size and 2,500 to 15,000 copies per month w/a minimum of two paper trays, ADF, sorter and automatic duplexing; Volume band 3 copiers: 28 cpm letter size and 5,000 to 30,000 copies per month w/ 3 paper trays or stack feeders one of which has a minimum capacity of 500 sheets, ADF, sorter, fully automatic duplexing and stapling; Volume Band 4 copiers: 40 cpm letter size and 15,000 to 50,000 copies per month w/ at least 3 paper trays or stack feeders, one of which must have a minimum cpacity of 500 sheets, ADF, sorter, fully automatic duplexing and stapling and offset stacking. All consumable supplies except paper required for copier operations and maintenance/service of the copiers shall be supplied by the vendor awarded this contract. Eventual contract award will be based on best value in the following order of precedence: 1. Cost; 2. Machine capabilities; 3. Service response time; 4. Workforce; 5. Prior Experience.
