The building will house clinical exam rooms, offices, medical records, conference room, staff and public toilet facilities, as well as mechanical space. The building size will be approximately 9,700 gross square feet. The trades involved with this construction include plumbing, heating, air conditioning, painting, paper hanging, electrical work, masonry, drywall, insulation, tile, floor laying, roofing, concrete work, structural steel erection, glass and glazing, and excavating and foundation work. Issue date for the IFB package will be on or about 7/21/98. IFB package will be limited to one set per requestor and will be issued only to those intending to bid as prime/general contractors. Requests must be made in writing and must include a statement of intent to bid as prime/general contractor.
