YOUNG, MSG (Site Code W36HUG) The North Carolina Air National Guard has a requirement to secure a construction contract to Alter Fuel System Maintenance, Charlotte, NC. The project consists of renovation to an existing facility to include interior demolition, new concrete masonry partition walls, electrical systems, building HVAC, AFFF and wet pipe fire suppression systems. Additive bid items have not been fully defined as of this date, but will generally include the demolition of five (5) facilities, construction and realignment of base roadway and modifications to an existing bridge crane. The completion time for this project is 300 calendar days. Official request for information must be in writing and refer to Alter Fuel Systems Maintenance, Project Number FJRP899621. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for September 10, 1998.
