Work will include, but not limited to the following: Phase I: Repair main lounge/party room/kitchen area to create "J.R.Rockers Trademark" casual dining/sports bar atmosphere; to include new walls, flooring, ceiling, lights and HVAC system. Renovate kitchen area to include wall and floor covering and lights; replace kitchen equipment. Phase II: Replace wall/floor covering, lighting and window treatments in main ballroom and common areas. The contractor should make an on site visit to evaluate the project to determine the extent of the requirement to be completed prior to submitting their proposal. The approximate issue date will be 15 Jul 98 with the approximate response date of 13 Aug 98. The cost range for this project is $100,000 -- 250,000.
