The work includes, but not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision and support, in performing all operations for the Replacement of Sewer Lines, Military Family Housing, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Primary work will consist of excavation and trenching as required. Repair by replacement, and test, the sewer lines and mains of the sewer system. Installation of new interface couplings, clean-outs amd associated hardware to connect the individual housing units to the new mains and the existing sewer system. Clean-up and disposal of debris. Provide backfill, topsoil, hydroseed and/or sod, and all other restoration efforts in order to restore lalndscaping to it's original condition. Upon completion of operations, all existing work shall be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed prior to new work started. Provide accurate "red-line" drawings to insure correct as-builts drawings. Work also includes clean-up of premises at completion of the project. Performance period to include mobilization, submittals and material procurement, and construction will be 360 calendar days. (90 calendar days for mobilization and 270 calendar days for actual construction). The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The contract type conteplated for this requirement is a Firm-Fixed Proce. Bids are solicitated on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation is unrestricted. There is a nonrefundable charge for this solicitation in the amount of $41.00.
