(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number F64133-98-Q0364. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and shall be awarded on an all or none basis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-4. (iv) This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated standard industrial classification code is 0783. The small business size standard is $5 Million. (v) Offerors shall structure their bid using the following item: LINE ITEM 0001 -- Landscaping of various berms on Andersen AFB, Guam. (vi) Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, shipping, transportation, and facilities necessary to provide, install, and maintain landscaping plants, sprinkler systems and other materials in various Berms in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) at Andersen AFB, Guam.
