The work includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, trans- portation, supervision, tools and other equipment for the installation of a new drop ceiling in Room No. 129 and the interior painting of various rooms, stairs, ceilings, foyers, doors and frames, hand rails, etc. and all incidental related work, the moving of the office furniture/misc office furnishings in connection with the painting and ceiling work, and electrical work in connection with the new installation of the lighting system in the building. The electrical work consists of the removal of existing lighting fixtures in the first, second floor and parking lot including accessories, replacing with new energy efficient light fixtures with electric ballast and all incidental related work located at the US Army Reserve Center, 7400 S Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL. 2. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 3. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. 4. The SIC Code is 1542 and the FSC is Z119. 5.
