This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside for the procurement of an on-site installed "Turn-Key" Abrasive Blast Booth system with the following special limitations: Max length 24 ft, Max Width 17ft, Max height 22ft, and an existing pit with an approximate depth of 11-12 inches. This "Turn-Key" system is to include the preparation of the work site, the assembly, installation, testing of the equipment, and the training of operator and maintenance personnel. Technical data submitted shall include manuals, spare parts lists, preliminary installation planning drawings, PCB certification, MSDS certification, OSHA certification, and Material Lockout/Tagout data. Site preparation shall include construction of a suitable foundation, relocation of utilities, and the hook up of ventilation ducting. The system shall be designed to utilize aluminum oxide, garnet, glass bead, and plastic bead type media. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination.
