It is estimated that the Oklahoma National Guard will initially require 43 copiers in cities all over the state, and anticipate increases over the term of the contract. This procurement includes the furnishing of copiers, accessories (except paper), emergency repair services within 8 hours for machines within close proximity and within 24 hours for machines in remote areas, periodic preventative maintenance and key operating training. The requirement is defined in volume band 1, 15 copies per minute (cpmn), (1 to 1900) copies per month; volume band II, 20 cpmn (1901 to 5900) copies per month; volume band III, 40 cpmn (5900-11,900) copies per month. Copier models offered must be current production manufactured as new or newly manufactured. This is a negotiated procurement, one award will be made to the aggregate covering all volume bands. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, requirement type contract. The contract period will be for one year from date of award, with four (4) one year options.
