The successful contractor shall deliver these products to the institution twice weekly. The products are to include, but are not limited to, sliced white, wheat and thick style breads, hamburger, hot dog, english muffin, hoagie and dinner style rolls and french style bread. All products shall be produced in "all vegetable shortening." The contract performance period will be 12 months from date of award, anticipated to be October 1, 1998. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 15, 1998; closing August 13, 1998.
