NAWCADLKE intends to initiate a Modification to N68335-97-G-0217 an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Tech Resources Inc (TRI) 1 Meadowbrook Drive, Milford, NH 03055-9707. The purpose of the proposed modification is to provide services in support of the E-2C Aircraft. The support required is as follows: 1) Continuing E-2C AN/ALR-73 PDS Engineering support for flightline testing, fault isolation and data collection using the "Check Six" Test Set and the AN/USM-482 Test Set. 2)Finalization of the E-2C Technical Source Data for use in the "O" level test of the E-2C Passive Detection System (PDS) testing, utilizing the AN/USM-482 and AN/USM-482A Test Sets. 3) Development and publication of a unique standalone test procedure for pre-flight testing of the E-2C PDS system utilizing the Multiband Portable Signal Generator (MPSG) for flightline/flightdeck use. TRI is the only know source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
