The National Guard Bureau has a requirement for Air Traffic Control Services for eight sites. Contract award will be made on a "best value" basis. Evaluation factors, in order of descending priority are (1) Technical (2) Past Performance (3) Price. A detailed description of the factors will be cited in the solicitation. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be firm fixed price and will cover a base year (1 October 1998- 30 September 1999) and four one year option periods. NGB anticipates the issuance of the RFP on or about 7 July 1998 as an unrestricted procurement. The SIC code applicable to this application is 4581. Following the release of the solicitation, site visits are scheduled to the eight sites.
