This includes energy management of DOE facilities so that energy efficiency can be achieved within DOE's own buildings, facilities, and operations. FEMP has the need for a qualified contractor to perform technical, management and administrative support services. This work will include technical guidance in new technology analysis, design assistance and demonstrations; innovative project financing design and administrative support; energy and water data collection, analysis and dissemination; and communications and outreach support. The Standard Industrial code for this procurement is 8741. This procurement is 100 percent 8(a) small business set-aside. The government envisions the use of a fixed rate, level-of-effort contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options.
