NINTH ANNUAL OAK RIDGE REGIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE Ninth Annual Oak Ridge Regional Business Opportunity Conference The Ninth Annual Oak Ridge Regional Business Opportunities Conference (BOC), which focuses on new contracting opportunities in the East Tennessee Technology Corridor, will be held Thursday, August 13, 1998, at the Oak Ridge High School. Conference registration and a continental breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m. followed by presentations by various contractors throughout the corridor. Training seminars will be held in the afternoon, and the conference will end at 4:15 p.m. This year's theme is "Forging Business Alliances." Attendees will be able to explore specific opportunities on an one-on-one basis with technical and purchasing representatives. Concurrent training seminars will focus on issues relevant to small and small disadvantaged businesses. Information will be provided to attendees on pursuing contracting opportunities for 1999 and beyond.
