Burial Areas and Cemetery Improvements, Phase III, Florida National
Cemetery, Bushnell, FL -- The project will develop burial areas for
approximately 45,000 burial sites, consisting of casketed sites
(6'x10') and in-ground cremain sites (3'x3'). The project will also
require theexpansion and renovation of the existing Maintenance
Building, the renovation of the existing Administration Building and
the construction of a new Public Information Building. Also included
are roadways, utility systems, irrigation and site signage &
furnishings and use of temporary trailers for office space and storage.
The cost range is between $2.0M and $5.0M. -- Bid documents will be
available July 15, 1998. -- Request for bid documents shall be

(Gregg Sutton) -- A refundable deposit of $130.00 per set will be
required for bid documents. -- When requesting bid documents, state
name, address, and solicitation number. -- Competition for this
procurement is limited to 8(a) firms serviced by either the
Jacksonville, FL or Miami, FL District Offices of the Small Business
Administration with an approved SIC Code of 1629. This limitation is in
accordance with FAR clause 52.219-18, Notification of Competition
