The total size of the structure is approximately 28,000 square feet. The existing building site is relatively free of trees and shrubs requiring minimal clearing and earthwork. Project includes the relocation and/or extension of water, sewer, gas and electric lines and communications ducts as well as the removal of some existing asphalt paving and the construction of new concrete and asphalt parking areas and drives. A firm fixed priced contract award is anticipated. The contractor will provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work. All work is located on the Air National Guard operated area of Alpena County Regional Airport, Alpena, Michigan. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SIC 1542.
