to an apartment. Project worksite involves the following buildings:
metal shop building, service building, residences, apartment, bunkhouse
and trailer pad. The work site is in an archaeological sensitive area
subject to the Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979. This
project is located at the Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge,
located 100 miles west of Provo, Utah, and 55 miles southwest of
Dugway, Utah. On-site accomodations are available for a fee. The
Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The request for
