Tyler Road, Wichita, Kansas. The size of the expansion is approximately 5500 square feet. The building expansion will be a steel stud frame on concrete foundation with an exterior brick wall system, and an asphalt shingle roof over wood joists. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, earthwork, construction of the new building expansion, and parking lot expansion. Completion time for this project is 150 calendar days.
