This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operation in connection with Building 101 Parking Lot, Eglin AFB FL. In general, the work consists of removal of the asphalt parking lot area and replacement with concrete as base bid. The removal of the existing concrete parking lot area and replacement with concrete will be Additive #1. Contract will be for a period of 120 calendar days. Bid open of 28 Aug 98 IS ONLY AN ESTIMATED DATE. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
