The work includes the cleaning of existing roofing shingles and the replacement of any deteriorated shingles. The magnitude of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is unrestricted and is under SIC 1542. There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. When requesting the package, clearly indicate the solicitation number and a brief description or title of the project.
