This vehicle will be used for transporting personnel and will be operated under varying conditions from level ground to cross country travel in rough mountainous terrain that is usually snow covered. Such travel, either cross country or on improved right-of-way shall involve surmounting barriers such as mud, rocks, logs, steep terrain and deep snow.
