Design, fabricate, install and test on-site remotely controlled water jet cutting system capable of cutting propellant and explosive material of various diameters and cross sectional configurations (including center perforations) on-line as the material exits a twin screw extruder (TSE). Also shall have the capability to remotely cut propellant and explosive billets off-line into intricately shaped peices for destructive and non-destructive testing. Shall be explosion proof construction with electrical components meeting Class I, Division 1, Groups D and Class II, Division 1, Groups E,F, and G requirements of the National Fire Protection Association No. 70. System shall be capable of operating in a non-humidity controlled environment (relative humidity range of 20% to 90%). The pump shall be capable of operating in a non-temperature controlled environment (temp range: 10F to 120F), the cutting unit and control panel shall be capable of operating in a non-temperature controlled environment (temp range: 45F to 90F), the cutting unit shall be capable of being shored in a non-temperature controlled environment (temp range: 10F to 120F).
