The Installation Contracting Division, HQ, IOC, is seeking sources to manufacture and install two direct drive 60,000 scfm blowers for pollution abatement scrubber system, remove existing 60,000 scfm blowers, and repair and modify blower pads to accommodate new blowers. Interested firms are invited to view the draft scope of work located on the HQ, IOC home page at http://www.ioc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc/solinfo/sow/sow.htm. Potential sources are invited to submit complete information about their capabilities. Only written responses will be accepted. Responses must indicate if firm is a large or small business. Responses shall be sent to HQ, IOC, Attn: AMSIO-ACI-P, Ms. Chris Tindle, Rock Island, IL 61299-6000. Data Fax or E-mail are acceptable. Please indicate if the blowers are standard commercial items. Interested parties must respond to this notice in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of this publication. No Contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, the information will be used in the Installation Contracting Division's assessment of capable sources. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided. Acknowledgement receipt will not be issued, nor will respondents be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. Respondents will be provided the final solicitation package for proposal response. A site/pre-proposal visit will be held at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas on 14 July 98 unless otherwise announced in the CBD.
