U.S. Geological Survey, Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, Hawaii National
Park, Hawaii, has a requirement for 3 each of a continuous monitoring
GPS receivers. This requirement is posted as "Process to Availability
of Funds". Receiver operational capabilities and characteristics:

power: <15 watts, 10 to 31 VDC with reverse polarity and over
