Provide various size inflatable, silicone shell breast implants on a consignment basis to Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX for a one year period from date of award, with four one-year renewal options. Estimated total usage is 100 per year. The Government and successful proposer will establish stockage levels for breast implants to be stocked on-site. Contractor shall replenish breast implants used during surgical procedures to established stockage levels. Implant samples may be required for evaluation purposes. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3842 applies. Size Standard is 500 people. (See Note 1.) All proposers are cautioned that if selected for award they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. Confirmation of CCR registration must be validated before award can be made. Bid documents will be available on or about July 8, 1998. Proposals are due July 30, 1998 at 2:30 P.M. local time and acceptance must be good for 60 days.
