A -- SMALL LAUNCH VEHICLE DUE 080398 POC See Below The Launch Test Programs (LTP) and the Small Launch Vehicle (SLV) Division, Kirtland AFB, NM, is contemplating an award of a launch services contract using low-cost small launch vehicles. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is for the Air Force to evaluate existing and emerging low-cost launch vehicle technologies in order to develop a comprehensive and educated acquisition strategy for this upcoming contractual action. Potential sources must submit a statement of capabilities (SOC) addressing the above concerns to the Contracting Officer, Jerry Vann, at the address below . The SOC must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the date of this publication, and is limited to 20 pages excluding resum s.
