As the only State minority health entity within the State of Arizona the contractor shall use its unique qualities to address the needs of the Asian Pacific Islander community. The contractor shall continue to develop and implement an approach to improved health disparities of minorities in Arizona by overseeing an Advisory Council on Minority Health and developing bilingual materials and a planning guide as an outreach campaign.
