about the computer hardware and software processes using two digits in
the date and whether or not our equipment will perform correctly on
January 1, 2000. This is commonly referred to as the millennium problem

Project Manager, established a Year 2000 (Y2K) Team and developed a Y2K
Action Plan to help us sustain continuous operations up to, through,
and beyond the millennium. As a potential provider of goods and
services you are an important port of this effort. We also need to be
certain that your operations aren't adversely affected by the turn of
the century because adverse effects on your operations. We would like
to know the status of your efforts to review your business processes
that are dependent upon computer technology and to ask you to take
necessary actions to ensure the Year 2000 doesn't adversely affect
operations. Please consider, not only your company's hardware and
software, but also those of your subcontractors and Government
Furnished Equipment(GFE). The following is a list regarding some of the
areas we considered in your Y2K efforts. Heating Ventilation and Air
Conditioning: Intrusion Detection Devices; Industrial Plant Equipment
