Aerospace Contractors Association, with the support of the Air Force
Research Laboratory, will host its Twelfth Annual BRIEFING FOR
INDUSTRY, 19 and 20 August 1998, at the Crowne Plaza Pyramid Hotel in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. During this comprehensive two-day symposium,
participating government agencies will describe their program
objectives and identify contracting opportunities to an audience of
current and prospective contractors. Speakers will discuss business
opportunities in many areas including: research and development; test
and evaluation; technical and analytical support; operations and
maintenance; systems procurement and facilities construction. Invited
presenters include: Air Force Research Laboratory; Space and Missiles
System Center/Test and Evaluation; Airborne Laser System Program
Office; Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center; 46th Test
Group; 58th Special Operations Wing; Department of Energy; Sandia
National Laboratories; White Sands Missile Range and the National
Aeronautics and Space Administration. Scheduled to keynote this year's
symposium is Major General Richard Paul, Commander, Air Force Research
Laboratory. The program will also identify opportunities for small,
small disadvantaged and minority-owned businesses, including Small
Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects. Registration information
