B -- RCW MODEL ADAPTATION FOR AT-RISK HABITATS IN AMERICAN SOUTHWEST The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate with Understanding Systems, Inc. for the following services which requires the contractor to deliver risk and/or opportunity surfaces showing habitats at greatest risk or habitats with greatest restoration/improvement potential in the Southwest study area. The contractor shall deliver one proof-of-concept model run in the field. Principal Investigators shall evaluate and assess accuracy and validity of the model. The contractor shall furnish a report summarizing project accomplishments. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by July 6, 1998 which shall be considered by this agency.
