S -- ISIS/ADMACS TRAILER(RENTAL) SOL N62472-98-B-3343 POC For plans and specifications call, (732) 323-2494 This is a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to furnish and install office trailers to a configuration of 60' x 60' in a rental agreement. Work includes delivery, blocking and leveling, anchoring of each trailer, installation of skirting, installation of a step system, connection of existing utilities, general site work including gravel parking lot, removal of trailers at the conclusion of the rental agreement and incidental related work, at the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, NJ. Performance base period is for one year commencing within 15 days after notice of award, including set-up period of approximately 90 days. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed sixty (60) months. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract. FAR Clause 52.217-8 "Option to Extend Services" and FAC Clause 5252.217-9301 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract Services" are included in this acquisition. The contract includes the clause titled "Evaluation of Options" (FAR Clause 52.217-5). Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interest, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 7519. The related Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million annual receipts for preceding three fiscal years.
