Training -- The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a requirement for legal training courses on-site at FTC Headquarters, Washington, D.C. The Contractor shall design and conduct courses in basic trial advocacy, advanced trial advocacy, depositions, advanced depositions, and federal practice and procedures for both new and experienced attorneys. Courses shall cover skills necessary for trial, especially as they relate to the consumer protection and antitrust mission of the Federal Trade Commission.
