The order of magnitude for the procurement is $500,000 to $1M and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The SIC Code and small busines size standard for this procurement are 1542 and $17M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB is on or about August 1, 1998 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about September 1, 1998. The provisions and clauses in the solicitation are those in effect through FAC 97 -- 04. The firm date for receipt of bids will be stated in the IFB. Drawings will be available from the Bid Distribution Office. All responsible qualified sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
