DESIGN, CONSTRUCT AND REPAIR PARKING LOT AND ROADS. The work includes the design and construction of a new parking lot (173' x 190'); consisting of hot mix asphalt pavement, build on prepared sub-base as conditions require, striping and necessary drainage, curbs and gutter and lighting. The work also includes proving for all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision for the repair and construction of the existing parking lot, driveways and entrance roads; consisting of approximately 1 1/2" of existing asphalt pavement to be removed to expose stone base course and add stone if necessary. Shape and compact stone base as required within a density of 91% to 96%. Prime coat and tack coat, 1 1/2" binder course and 1 1/2" surface course. Provide drainage structure as required, curb and gutter replacement, concrete sidewalk replacement, landscaping, paint striping and incidental related work. 2. This solicitation is unrestricted. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1611 and the size standard is $17.0M. 3. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. 4.
