All the Class I ODS shall be reclaimed and turned over to the Government. Provide temporary refrigeration storage as shown. The contract performance period is 180 calendar days. This is a firm, fixed-price type contract and simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. The estimated cost is less than $100,000. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is unrestricted. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 1711 and the annual size standard is $7.0 mil. There will be no public opening. The RFQ will be available on or about 21 August 1998 at a non-refundable charge of $32.67.
