Provide all labor and materials, except those identified as government furnished, to reconstruct Hanus Reef Light. Demolish and remove existing Hanus Reef Light structure, which consists of a small steel frame tower mounted on a concrete pillar, which in turn is anchored on to reef. Install an approximately 30' high standard Coast Guard 2147 tower on reef. Standard 2147 tower is a single 12" diameter steel pipe tower anchored to rock at the base, with sections no greater than 5' in length. Construction will include the installation of four support legs, also anchored in the rock, and the attachment of access ladders and 4' square platform on top. All work must be completed by 18 September 1998. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 . The work required by this solicitation is identified as Industry Standard 1629 and the applicable size standard is $17.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, as implemented by the OFPP Policy Directive and Test Plan dated 8/31/89.
