Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to Pressure Wash Buildings 44, 62, 68 and 69 at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (East Campus), Tuskegee, Alabama, as required by contract specifications. Work consists of pressure washing buildings from ground floor to top floor, including all stones, brick work, surrounding barrier walls and concrete supports, protecting the canopy, building, grounds and plantings. Hot and cold water pressure washing will be utilized. All dirt, carbon and grime will be removed in the cleaning process. All safety requirements will be followed (OSHA). Contractor will be responsible for damage to buildings and grounds. Applicable SIC Code is 1799 with size standard of $7.0 million. The cost range for this project is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00. A $25.00 non-refundable cashier's check or money order is required for each set of specifications and should be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medial Center.
